This luxury beachfront villa offers an amazing resort-style pool and plenty of space for your group to spread out and relax or get together and have a blast! While this villa can be rented in its entirety (6 bedrooms), if your party consists of 10 people or less, the 5 bedroom option is available to you. In this case, the 6th bedroom (above the garage) is simply locked off and not rented to a separate group.

• If you rent the 5 bedroom option, the guest house will be locked off and will not be rented to another party.
• Turtle Breeze is located almost directly on Smiths Reef, which is widely regarded as offering the best snorkeling in the country. A strip of beach rock exists between the sand and the water in part because of this reef. Once you step over the rock it mostly disappears to reveal a soft sandy bottom with amazing snorkeling just ahead.
• Housekeeping is available for an additional fee.
• In order to allow children under 12 years of age, parents must sign a waiver.
• The villa comes equipped with a friendly villa attendant who lives in a newly built separate building to the west of the guest house.
• There is a brand new rooftop deck with a full summer kitchen and BBQ grill for guests to enjoy stunning views over Grace Bay.
