Bedroom 2 has two twin beds and the third bedroom has a queen bed. These two suites share a hall bathroom. The fourth bedroom is downstairs, with a queen bed and direct access to the powder room.

Notes:
• Electricity is metered in order to discourage use with doors and windows open, thus eliminating the need for a higher rental rate to cover electric waste. You are given the first $300 per week of electricity at no charge, beyond that you will be charged actual costs for the use of the A/C units.
